MEET THE TEAM
Jake Schrom
President
Jake studied Business Administration at Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa. Jake grew up around construction while working for his dad, Troy, throughout high school and college. In 2014, Jake started working for Kitchen, Baths, and More, part time as a sales rep outside of his day job. Sales grew quickly, and Jake started selling cabinets full time in 2015. Today, Jake oversees the day-to-day operations, making sure customers are receiving superior service for their projects.

Troy Schrom
Founder
Troy is the owner and founder of Kitchen, Baths, and More. When his favorite sales rep retired in 2006, he saw a need for providing quality service in the cabinet industry. He started supplying cabinets and countertops for his own construction projects, and eventually started selling to other contractors. Today, Troy still oversees the general direction of Kitchen, Baths, and More, ensuring that we remain true to providing excellent service.

Nathan Roberts
Accounting
Nathan studied Business Management at Southwest Minnesota State University. Nate has been working at Kitchen, Baths, and More since 2013. Nate handles all of our accounting and finances including bookkeeping, payroll, cost accounting, accounts payable, and more. Nate is also in charge of IT, and human resources.

Luke Carlson
General Manager
Luke joined our team after 8 years working for Cambria, a quartz countertop manufacturing company. He is the new General Manager of Kitchen, Bath's and More. Luke manages the day-to-day business, builds customer relationships, and helps with business development.

Katelyn Flemming
Lead Interior Designer
Katelyn graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities in May of 2020. She has past experience in commercial office space design, as well as architectural rendering. She specializes in new build house layouts, material and finish selections.

Ruth Mbuyi
Lead Interior Designer
Ruth graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design and Studio Art with an emphasis in Interior Design from Bethany Lutheran College May of 2020. She came with experience as a flooring and blind specialist and kitchen and bath designer from Home Depot. She specializes in new build houses, remodels, cabinetry layouts, countertops, flooring, blinds, and material selections.

Allison Sowers
Interior Designer
Allison graduated with her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from South Dakota State University. She joins us in bringing a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality, allowing her to envision spaces innovatively, ensuring every element is carefully considered. Allison grew up and lives today in Vernon Center, MN. When she is not designing, she enjoys spending time with her family, hanging out with her friends, going on walks, and shopping.
Tasha Martinez
Interior Designer
Tasha attended Alexandria Technical & Community College with an AAS Degree in Interior Design. She is excited to utilize the skills she has learned in school, along with adding attention to detail and creative flair to the KBM team this summer.
Tasha grew up in Sleepy Eye, MN where she is the middle child of 8 children. Outside of work, she loves being outdoors, going shopping, and spending time with family and friends.

Alyssa Miller
Administrative Assistant
Alyssa joins the team after 7 years working for a local church as a business Administrative Assistant. She was responsible for carrying out general clerical support duties along with completing weekly A/P tasks and the organizing and bookkeeping of financial accounts. Alyssa grew up in southern Minnesota and currently resides in North Mankato. She will carry out behind the scenes day-today tasks and reporting to help support the KBM team and better serve it's customers.
